How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
f9999 albums VIP cashback returns a fixed percentage of each week's net losses. Net loss means what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week.
For example: if your net loss from total bets in a week is ৳20,000 and you are at the Gold tier, you will receive cashback at up to 0.9% for that week. The cashback amount is added to your account automatically.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
Tier changes in the f9999 albums VIP program are based on your consistency and overall activity. No specific turnover figures or deposit amounts are published — the more regularly and frequently you play, the sooner the opportunity to advance to the next tier.

Log in to f9999 albumsCashback and Responsible Gaming
f9999 albums VIP cashback is a rewards system — it should never be a reason to play more than intended. Playing beyond your budget in hopes of earning cashback is not wise, as cashback always returns only a small portion of losses.
Set a Budget
Decide how much you will spend before each session and stay within that limit. The cashback rate never exceeds your losses.
Manage Your Time
Take regular breaks. Playing for long stretches without a pause can affect your ability to make sound decisions.
Do Not Chase Losses
If you have a heavy loss in a week, do not place more bets to try to recover it. There is no need to take extra risks just to maintain your VIP tier.
Help Is Available
If you are having trouble controlling your play, read f9999 albums' responsible gaming guidelines and get support via live chat.
